Les objectifs de l'Association Arabe de la Recherche et des Sciences de la Communication - Contribuer à la création d'une base commune pour la recherche scientifique au Liban et dans le monde arabe; - Contribuer à la création de laboratoires de recherche pour les chercheurs libanais et arabes dans les différents domaines de la communication et du développement; - Contribuer à la publication de travaux de recherche communs qui répondent aux besoins du développement au Liban et dans le monde arabe; - Contribuer à la participation de chercheurs libanais et arabes dans les politiques de planification sociale sur la base de la recherche scientifique; - Contribuer à bâtir des ponts entre les universitaires et les intellectuels, les universitaires et les dirigeants politiques au Liban et dans les pays arabes.

The objectives of the Arab Association for Research & Communication Sciences -To contribute to the creation of a common base for scientific research in Lebanon and the Arab world; - To Contribute to the creation of research laboratories for Lebanese and Arab researchers in the different fields of communication and development; - To Contribute to the publication of joint research that meets the needs of development in Lebanon and the Arab world; - To Contribute to the participation of Lebanese and Arab researchers in social planning policies based on scientific research; - To Contribute to building bridges between academics and intellectuals, academics and political leaders in Lebanon and Arab countries. أهداف الرابطة العربية للبحث العلمي وعلوم الاتصال يرتبط الاتصال الحديث عبر وسائل الاعلام والاتصال بالأساس بهدف سياسي وهو تنظيم "مساحة عامة"لمناقشة المصالح العامة والخاصة، وهو في اساسه ثمرة وظاهرة لحرية اساسية هي حرية التفكير و التعبير، وقد فرضت نفسها بصعوبة ضد قوى تحاول منعها او السيطرة عليها او افسادها ومع تسارع التطورات التكنلوجية في العقود الأخيرة انتقل العالم الى مرحلة تاريخية تتميّز بانشغال الدول بايجاد و ضمان مكانة لها في النظام العالمي الجديد، حيث قيمة الانسان تقاس بقدراته المعرفية و الانتاجية وبالتالي بمهاراته في التواصل. وتتدفّق التساؤلات و الدراسات و البحوث لشرح آليّات التطوّر وواقع التغيّرات العالميّة، ويجتهد المتنبئون حول مصير الكون و مستقبل الانسان و العلاقات الانسانية، وحول أشكال التواصل القابلة للظهور في العقود الآتية وتتأكّد يوما بعد يوم أهمبّة المعرفة العلمية و البحث العلمي في مختلف حقول وقطاعات التنمية الانسانية و الاجتماعية، ويتجلّى تداخل العلوم الاجتماعية والانسانية وتكاملها بحيث لم يعد من المنطقي اعتبارها حقولا مستقلّة، مع ظهور علوم انسانية جديدة لها خصوصيتها و منطقها و نظرياتها كعلوم الاعلام و الاتصال في زمن أصبح فيه البحث العلمي والنظريات العلمية في أساس كل مشروع و فكرة و خطّة تطويرية. من هنا فالرابطة العربية للبحث العلمي وعلوم الاتصال تأسست في 7نيسان 2014 من حاجة أولية لتمكين الباحثين من نشر دراساتهم وبحوثهم التي تسلّط الضوء على أهمية تسخير وسائل الاعلام و الاتصال للتنمية الانسانية، في هذا الزمن الذي تزداد فيه كل يوم مشاكل وعوائق ومخاطر التواصل بين البشر المؤسسون mayabdallah@hotmail.com أ.د.مي عبدالله الجامعة اللبنانية adnankhouja@hotmail.com أ.د.عدنان خوجه الجامعة اللبنانية hayssamk@hotmail.com أ.د. هيثم قطب الجامعة اللبنانية أ.د. هدى عدره الجامعة اللبنانية asma.halwani@gmail.com أ.د. أسماء شملي الجامعة اللبنانية sinnoyasmine@gmail.com د.ياسمين سنو الجامعة الاميركية في بيروت |
